Meet Connor and Kamryn—the two people behind Tekpair. Together, they bring web, marketing, and hands-on tech support to help businesses grow without getting passed around or buried.
Before Tekpair, we planned to launch C&K Event Crew, a Capital Region cleanup service for local events. The idea did not last long. We quickly realized the work was not for us—and that building a business around something we would eventually hate was probably not the smartest move.
After weeks of throwing around business ideas, Connor asked a simple question: what if we created a local tech service for seniors and everyday people who needed help with common technology problems? Something more personal and accessible than a big-box support service, with affordable pricing and same-day availability. That idea became Tekpair in March 2026.
Tekpair spent its first several months helping households throughout the Capital Region while also supporting small businesses such as Sweet Elevation Bakery. We loved showing up, solving problems, and giving people that feeling of relief when their technology finally worked again. But over time, we realized the residential model was not sustainable or leading us toward the business we wanted to build.
Connor proposed shifting Tekpair from residential support to commercial technology and growth services. The idea took some discussion, but we eventually agreed that it allowed us to keep doing what we enjoyed—solving real problems—on a larger and more sustainable scale. Today, Tekpair helps businesses build, improve, and support the technology behind their growth while continuing to offer the direct, personal service we started with.

Connor first proposed the idea behind Tekpair and now oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and digital services. He manages Tekpair’s website, social media, advertising, staffing, internal documents, and overall project coordination. For clients, he leads web design and development, branding, SEO, business analytics, and digital marketing—keeping each project organized and running.
Kamryn helped turn the original Tekpair idea into a real business and leads its hands-on technology services. He manages the Local IT & Support team throughout the Capital Region and works directly with IT retainer clients to keep their systems running smoothly. He also supports Tekpair’s web design, branding, AI services, and API integrations whenever additional expertise is needed.
