Yes. Web design, branding, SEO, digital marketing, analytics, AI services, and many technical projects can be handled remotely. On-site IT and hardware support are available throughout New York’s Capital Region.

Availability depends on the service and your agreement. We aim to respond to general inquiries within one business day, often sooner. Active projects and IT retainer plans include expectations based on the work or coverage selected.

Yes. Once the project is completed and paid in full, the completed files and work included in your agreement are yours. We do not hold your completed project files hostage or require ongoing payments just to keep access to your own website.

Yes. We can refresh the design, rebuild the site, move it to another platform, or improve specific areas. We’ll review what you have and recommend the option that best fits your goals, budget, and current setup.

Hosting and domain setup can be added to a project but are not included automatically. We can help set them up, work with your current provider, or hand off the finished website to infrastructure you already control.

Yes. Our E-commerce package covers storefront design and development, product organization, checkout, payment setup, shipping and tax configuration, order workflows, and launch support. Larger catalogs and advanced integrations may require a custom quote.

SEO takes time. Some measurable changes may appear within 2–3 months, while stronger ranking and traffic gains often take 6 months or longer. Results depend on your industry, competition, website condition, content, and consistency.

We commonly work with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and custom reporting dashboards. The exact setup depends on your business, and you retain access to your own accounts and data.

Both. A one-time audit gives you a clear list of problems and recommendations. Ongoing SEO allows Tekpair to continue handling optimization, reporting, content planning, and adjustments over time.

Every engagement begins with a free quote. Some services have standard starting packages, while others are scoped around the exact work involved. Your scope, price, payment schedule, and recurring charges are confirmed before work begins.

Projects over $1,000, projects involving substantial hands-on work, or projects requiring outside specialists may require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due according to the agreement. Retainer services are billed monthly.

Invoices and payments are processed through Square, with payment instructions included on the invoice. Tekpair does not collect payment information directly through tekpair.com.

No. Work outside the original scope is discussed and quoted before it is added. You will not receive an unexpected charge simply because the project required a conversation or clarification.

Coverage depends on the plan, but may include remote and phone support, check-ins, troubleshooting, monitoring, networking and hardware management, backup reviews, security checks, and on-site support in the Capital Region.

Yes. Tekpair provides hands-on support throughout the Capital Region for computers, printers, networks, Wi-Fi, POS systems, displays, connected equipment, and other problems that cannot be solved remotely.

Work outside the agreed plan may be billed at $65 per hour and is scheduled based on availability. Tekpair reserves the rights to decline work that falls outside the client's plan’s scope. Final coverage and pricing will always be confirmed before service begins.

Changes included in the agreement are handled during the project. New requests after delivery—or work beyond the agreed scope—can be handled through a new quote, amendment, or ongoing support plan.

Yes. Ongoing support is available for website maintenance, updates, SEO, marketing, analytics, and local IT. Continuing service is optional unless your agreement specifically includes a recurring plan.

Retainers require 30 days’ written notice by email unless your agreement states otherwise. Services continue through the cancellation date. Full details are in our Policies & Terms.
