We're available 1–6 PM all week unless we've arranged otherwise, with daily check-ins on active projects. Email replies usually land within one business day — and often a lot sooner, depending on what we're working on.

Yes, 100%. Once the project is delivered and paid for in full, the code, design, and all source files are yours. We never charge per file or withhold your source files — and there's no lock-in or monthly fee to keep your own site running.

Yes. We can refresh the look and feel of your current site or do a full rebuild from scratch — whichever makes more sense for your goals and budget. We'll assess your existing site and recommend the best path forward.

Hosting and domain management are available as add-ons but are not included in web development projects by default. We can set everything up for you or hand off the finished site to your existing infrastructure — your call.

Typically 2 to 3 months for measurable improvement in traffic and rankings. Significant ranking gains usually take 6 or more months of consistent work. SEO is a long game, and we'll set honest expectations from the start with monthly reporting so you can track progress.

Every engagement starts with a free quote. Web and one-off projects are quoted as flat project rates; SEO, marketing, and IT run on monthly retainers; and for branding we charge a small coordination fee (from $150) on top of the designer's cost. Everything is scoped and confirmed in writing before work begins — no surprise charges or hidden fees.

For projects estimated over $1,000 — or that require significant, hands-on work — we ask for a 50% deposit upfront to secure your spot in our schedule. The remaining balance is always due before delivery. Retainer services are billed monthly.

All invoices are handled and processed through Square, with payment details included on every invoice. There is absolutely no payment collected on tekpair.com.

Small tweaks during a project are part of the process. Anything outside the original agreement is handled with a simple amendment — we'll scope and quote it upfront, so there are never any surprises.

Yes. We offer monthly retainer plans for website maintenance, updates, and ongoing technical support. This is optional — you're never locked into a long-term contract after a project wraps up.
