Section 1

Information We Collect

Email inquiries
When you email us for a quote, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address, business or project name, the service you're interested in, and a description of what you need.
Automatically collected
When you visit our website, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on page, and interaction data (clicks, scrolls, mouse movements). See Section 4 for full details on these tools.
Section 2

How We Use Your Information

To respond to project inquiries
We use the details you send us by email to evaluate your project, communicate with you about scope and goals, prepare proposals, and manage ongoing engagements.
To process invoices and payments
We send Square invoices to your email address for project engagements. No payment information is collected or stored on this website. Tekpair.com does not process any transactions — all payments go through Square directly (see Section 4).
To improve our website
Aggregate analytics data (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) helps us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. This data is anonymized and never sold.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes, ever.
Section 3

How We Share Your Information

Service providers only
We share your information only with the third-party tools that are necessary to operate this website and deliver our services (listed in Section 4). Each provider has its own privacy policy and is bound by data processing obligations.
